Reviewing Campaign Performance

After you publish your campaign you can review performance by navigating to Campaigns and clicking on the campaign you published.


The top three cards show important high level analytics:

  • Recipients, delivered and delivery rate
  • Open rate (unique and total), unsubscribes and spam complaints
  • Click through rate and clicks (total and unique)

The chart underneath the cards shows the trendline over time of opens after you publish your campaign.


The clicks table underneath the chart shows the number of clicks on specific links in your newsletter. You can click on those rows to view and export individual contacts that clicked on a link.


If you select the Interactions tab, you can view the activities of specific subscribers on that newsletter.
