Billing Management

To Change Credit Card & Billing settings head to the Settings tab on the left side of the screen. Then click Billing on the top navigation bar


You can Switch Plans at anytime by clicking the Switch Plan button located in the Billing Settings under Active Plan. Billing for the new plan will start immediately. If moving to a custom plan from a free trial your new subscription will begin immediately. If you are not in a free trial and switch plans you will be immediately upgraded and your bill will be pro-rated. You can view this Bill under Billing History located under Active Plan.


Billing History displays historical amounts you have been invoiced for. You can download your invoices here by clicking the download button under the Recipts header at anytime.


If you Cancel Subscription your account will maintain its existing credits and you may continue using your account until credits are exhausted.


Subscriber Credits DO NOT expire

Email Credits Expire Monthly


Unless you delete your account your account will remain open even if credits are exhuasted.


If you Delete your account your subscription will be automatically canceled.
