Managing Contacts
Contacts are a store of information on persons who will recieve your content
You can access your contacts through the Auidence Tab
On the Auidence Tab you can upload contacts invidiually or in bulk as seen here:
To bulk import click the Import button
To add individualy click the Add Contact button
To export your list click the Export button
To Delete or Unubscribe a Contact click the 3 dot icon located on the far right of the contact table
For a detailed view & statistics on an individual contact click that contacts' row
This screen provides a number of statistics as well as ways to adjust how this contact can be organized, searched and utlized.
Add Data allows you to increase the amount of infomoration on this contact.
A base contact only needs an email address but things like first and last name , physical address and so on can be added to further add depth to this contact.
Tags can be used to better search and organize contacts into larger groups. Tags are very flexible learn about Tags and how to use them in the Tags article (LINK TO TAGS GOES HERE)
Attribution allows the adding of UTM parameters
UTM parameters (short for Urchin Tracking Module) are little snippets of text you can add to the end of a URL to help track how people get to your website.
In the context of Breaker UTM parameters identify a subscribers' source.
Example: Did the user come from a webiste, a referal or a link from social media?
The Five Standard UTM Parameters
utm_source
Identifies where the subscriber came from.
Example: utm_source=linkedin, utm_source=example.com
utm_medium
Tells you how the subsriber arrived.
Example: utm_medium=social, utm_medium=email
utm_campaign
Describes the specific campaign or promotion.
Example: utm_campaign=summer_sale, utm_campaign=product_launch
utm_term
Used to track keywords in paid search campaigns.
Example: utm_term=ai+content+generator
utm_content
Helps distinguish between different versions of the same ad, link, or creative.
Example: utm_content=button_link, utm_content=text_link
