Newsletter Settings

Newsletter settings are admistrative settings that help you better manage your team and newsletters. These settings are specific to the newsletter you adjust the settings on.


You can change which newsletter you are selecting at the top left of the screen by selecting the newsletter selection dropdown.


You can adjust settings in a newsletter by selecting the gear icon on the navigation menu on the left hand side of the screen.


Newsletter Name: This could be seen as the "from" name in the email your readers will see. You can change this at anytime.


Newsletter Logo: This is a logo to identify which newsletter you are working on. At this time the logo is only relevant to internal Breaker use and the end email recipiant does not see this icon.


Email Sender: This is the address that your subscribers will see that your newsletter came from. You can change at anytime in account settings.


Reply-to-Address: This is the email that will recieve replies from you subscribers. Please ensure this email is correctly spelled otherwise you will not recieve replies.


Reply-to-Name: This is the name your subscribers will see in their inbox when you reply to an email.


Mailing Address: This is your physical mailing address. This is important for legal compliance. You must put a mailing address on your newsletter to be compliant with the FCC.


Delete Newsletter: Selecting Delete Newsletter will fully and completely delete your newsletter and all associated metrics, settings and contacts. It will not be recoverable.


Add Team Member: Go to the Settings menu (the gear icon on the left side of the screen) and select "Team" on the top navigation. Select "Invite Team" and then type in the corresponding users email and name as well as selecting their level of permission. They will recieve and email to join your Newsletter Account Team. They will only be able to view the Newsletter they were added to.
