Profile Settings
To access profile settings click your display name or profile picture at the bottom left of the screen when on the home screen.
In profile settings you can adjust user settings in the following ways:
Change Display Photo: Your profile picture is displayed in the bottom right of the UI and other users on your team can see this profile photo to identify you. To upload a new display photo go to Profile Settings by clicking your name in the bottom right then find the large picture icon at the top of the menu labeled Profile settings and click to upload a photo.
Change Display Name: Your display name is how users on your team will recogonize you. You can change this display name at anytime simply by typing a new display name into the display name box under profile settings.
Change Email Address: You can change your profile email by selecting change email in the profile settings and selecting a new email address. Please follow on screen instructions. Note this is your login email but may not be the email associated with your stripe billing. Please contact support directly to change billing email.
Change Password: You can change your password in Profile Settings. If you have forgetted your current password and cannot login please contact support directly.
Delete Account: You can delete your account by selecting Delete Account in the profile settings. You will not be able to recover this account once this is done. If you would like to request account information for your records please contact support prior to Deleting Account. Once Deleted you will be unable to log back in and must create a new account.
